Weather is clear. It is sunny and cool. We are likely to be able to see the Himalaya all day and down valleys with Mardi khola river. From Hananoie, .around here we can see green wheat field. Potatoes and Mustard are flowering.

we have been doing domestication since Hananoie was opened. Now we have two Buffalo and six Goats and some Baby Goats. Buffaloes are important for Hananoie because they give us fresh milk everyday.

On 24 Nov, we planted potatoes in our field. We use buffaloes’ and goats’ dung as a fertilizer to grow organic vegetable in Hananoie. It takes 90 days to be ready for harvesitng. This potatoes will be served to our guests and for our own consumption.

this March it s main season for harvesting potatoes (Aalu in Nepali). In Hananoie and around here, we used buffalo dung as a fertilizer. Potatoes are a main vegetable in Nepal.
