Today weather is so clear and nice Himalayan view with sunrise and sunny day and it is getting cold day by day.

On 24 Nov, we planted potatoes in our field. We use buffaloes’ and goats’ dung as a fertilizer to grow organic vegetable in Hananoie. It takes 90 days to be ready for harvesitng. This potatoes will be served to our guests and for our own consumption. These variety is mountain potatoes, which is more delicious. Potatoes are very important in Nepali cooking. I suppose it is a main vegetable in the world also.
