Today the weather is not good. Thick cloud has covered the sky from here to the Himalaya since the early morning. It is likely to be snowing on the Himal because today we feel much colder. The light cold wind is blowing here. This is ending of Nepali month :Mangsir” as well as the second week of December 2014.

Well, we have been doing domestication since Hananoie was opened. Now we have two Buffalo and six Goats and some Baby Goats. Buffaloes are important for Hananoie because they give us fresh milk everyday. The milk and dairy products are served to our guests in forms of hot milk,Milk tea, yogurt, etc. We also make butter and ghee in Hananoie. We sell goat as another source of income. It is our tradition to not consume our own goat’s meat.

We use buffaloes’ and goats’ dung in our fields. It is only the fertilizer we use here to grow many kinds of vegetables. we would like to serve our guest fresh organic vegetable in Hananoie.
