Harvesting Garlic in Hanananoie

This is month of June .ending of Nepali month Jestha. This season is harvesting and planting. In Hananoie we are harvest Garlic this time.

When it is took from field and keep dry place around couple of days and hanging it outside of staff house and use all year. If we walk around people hanging outside of house. It is need air.

It is use for Nepali food ,Japanese food and other it is very important necessary and make food tasty. It is planted in October ,November and harvest in june after harvest we planted Ginger. We use compost such as buffalo and goat dung in our farm.it is our tradition. We have a organic farm beside of cottages.in our farm there are goats buffaloes honey bees they give us honey milk and make yogurt butter and manure biogas.

We try to make sustainable environment.this time we could see in our farm seasonal vegetable plant such as egg plant ,Nepali chilly,cucumber etc.you can enjoy walking around farm anytime.
