(English) The concept of permaculture has been today’s issue. Combining permaculture with tourism was a great concept that stroke Mr. Hidai Hiroshi in the late 90′s that led to the establishment of “HANANOIE”. It all started in 1998 when he visited the home of Himalayas “Nepal” with that concept.

(English) three days ago, we harvested organic potatoes in Hananoie. We were all busy but happy on work. We got around 87 kg of big potatoes and 65 kg of small potatoes.
(English) This morning, we could see nice Himalayan view with snow and also sunrise. A day, we are preparing field for planting green beans, courgette(zucchini) e.t.c. I attach some photos

(English) This morning, it was a nice Himalayan view and we could see snow on the Himalaya. It rained for a long time yesterday and was cold. Today it is getting warmer. at This time we can see natural flowers blossom. We call it PYAULI. It is a mountain species.
