We used our homemade onion, butter, honey to make onion muffins. The onion flavour and sweetness make us forget to stop eating them. We are proud to serve these muffin to our guests.

We learned this recipe from a Japanese vegetable gastronome, Yumiko Kano. She taught us to make use our homegrown bananas and carrots to make muffins also.

The staffs enjoy tasting their muffins. We are practice so that we can serve this special dish to our guests.
