In,Hananoie, we have organic farm besides of cottages. We have been planting mixed vegetables in one field since Hananoie was opened. We use Buffalo and goat dung as fertilizers. it is traditional way of Nepalese village. Mix plantation looks so good and is easy to take various vegetables from same field. Each vegetable has different characteristics. For example, we plant a vegetable that insects do not like to protect the other vegetables from the insect. This season, we are growing vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, radish, lettuce, etc. we serve fresh vegetables to our guest to feel simple taste of vegetables.
