We plant several coffee trees beside a field in Hananoie. Their fruits are now becoming red. It is the sign that they are being ready for harvesting. Ripe coffee fruits taste sweet. They can be harvested until April.

We take out the seeds from the fruits, dry and roasted on the fried pan. After that we mill and serve by paper drip. In fact, Nepalese people do not drink coffee. So our staffs are now acquiring the knowledge and experience of coffee. Kindly call our staff if you want to roast the coffee by yourself!!
