Today, we harvested honey from beekeeping box in Hananoie.

We have 5 beekeeping boxes. They yield approximately 10 kg of honey annually.

The bee covers its hive by beeswax. We take it off by a knife and take the honey out by a centrifugal separator.

The harvested honey will be served with the yogurt during breakfast.
