three days ago, we harvested organic potatoes in Hananoie. We were all busy but happy on work. We got around 87 kg of big potatoes and 65 kg of small potatoes. We serve this homegrown potatoes to our guests as potato salads, korekkey, etc. They are also the main ingredient of Nepali food called tarkari. Our guests are happy with the organic potato foods. Nowaday, we, as well as the people in Astam, are preparing field for planting corn in the field where the potatoes were harvested. I have attached some photo when we harvested the potatoes.
