Hananoie’s leader, Mr. Dhir Bahadur Gurung, who is from Gurung society. He has been working here since establishment. He learned Japanese foods from a Japanese cooking expert. He arranges our local organic vegetables into delicious Japanese foods. He has good ability and capacity for leadership so he is being popular among all staffs. He can speak Nepali, Gurung, Japanese and Hindi .

He have interesting hobbies also. In childhood he liked swimming, football and volleyball. He loves animals such as dogs and cats. He is curious and love to learn new things with creative works. Except Japanese foods, he takes care our organic vegetables, buffaloes, goats and bee for honey which Hananoie specially service to our Guest .
