This morning, it was a nice Himalayan view and we could see snow on the Himalaya. It rained for a long time yesterday and was cold. Today it is getting warmer. at This time we can see natural flowers blossom. We call it PYAULI. It is a mountain species. We could see this flower on the hedges of the field, walls and jungle. The plant is not so big. It has a bright yellow color with deeper golden eye. The flower are mostly single. You could see this flowers at Hananoie also. We could hear one Nepali old song about this flowers.such as FOOL FOOLYO PYAULI BATASA LE SANU URADA CHAL PAULI…….

Also at this time we could see at hananoie “Jasminum mesneyi” flowers. we planted them around guest houses. It looks like PYAULI flowers. flowering time is same time. We could see this Feb/ Mar. The flowers are mostly double, have narrowly funnel shaped and are commonly grown in gardens. It has also bright yellow color with deeper golden eye. It distributes in hedges in Nepal valley at the altitude of 1300-1500 m.
