Surrounded by the sacred peaks of Himalaya ranges, Hananoie was designed to harmonize with the nature. Traditional wisdoms, such as clay wall, are applied to all cottages to maintain the temperature inside the cottage to make you comfortable while staying in Hananoie
Hananoie provides 5 cottage-type guestrooms. Each cottage has 2 twin rooms with attached bathroom. We carefully made use of natural materials with traditional wisdoms to every cottage. Slated roof, stone external wall are made in traditional way. Coconut fiber, installed under the roof, acts as a heat insulator. Traditional Internal clay wall, not only moderates humidity and heat inside the room, but also act as a soundproof and air filter. These make the cottage comfort. You may be surprised by deep sleeping while staying here.
Room’s interior is simple but comfort. It is furnished with hand-made furnitures. The curtains are dyed by natural dyestuff. Wooden parts such as floor, windowed frames are thickly painted by beeswax. We also provide a down quilt and a cotton bed sheet to ensure your warm sleep in Hananoie.
A comfort and environmentally friendly shower room and toilet is included in every guestroom. Hot water is well-supplied by a solar power boiler. Drain water is purified by natural method and recycled.
Hananoie provides organic cotton towels, hand-made soaps, and slippers in every guestroom.
The soaps used here are easy to decompose in order to protect our mother nature.
* We provide home-made herbal rinse for guest who used the soap for shampooing. Please kindly tell our staffs.

Delightful Hananoie’s original cuisines
There is no menu in Hananoie. We strictly select fresh and seasonal vegetables, home-made honey, dairy products from our organic farm for the guests to enjoy their original tastes. We arranges these ingredients into Nepalese, Western, and Japanese styles.
Hananoie has its own 5-acre vegetable farm to serve our guests organic seasonal vegetables. Not only the vegetables, ingredient of herb teas such as chamomile, rosemary, lemongrass, etc. are also grown in our farm. We also make butter, cheese, yogurt and Nepalese milk tea “Chiya” from the freshly squeezed milk.
